Minds in the Social World (MiSo) Lab is a developmental psychology lab investigating how children think about the social world. Our lines of research include: (1) through what inputs and mechanisms do children build representations of the social world around them? (2) where does political thinking come from? and (3) how do children become active participants in societal institutions and structures? We conduct games-based experimental studies with children ages 3 to 10 years old and their parents. Our lab is an engaged and collaborative group. We prioritize equity, community, and transparency.
