Yes, as long as the position can be characterized as “research” you can post paid and work-study positions on AURA. However, paid and work-study positions must adhere to university student employment policies (see https://enrollment.rochester.edu/student-employment/). Although you can identify students for paid positions on AURA, the hiring process must be conducted in accordance with university policies (which includes uploading the position to JobLink at The Student Employment Office).
